"I joined the gymnasium about three years ago, and it's been an incredible journey.
Before joining, my relationship with food was pretty unhealthy, and I was surviving on maybe one or two meals a day. I mainly did cardio, with running being my go-to, and hardly ever touched weights.
Since joining, the encouragement from the team has been amazing, and it sparked my love for incorporating weights into my workouts. The progress I've made gives me such a buzz! I never thought l'd be doing barbell workouts or lifting the weights I do now.
Initially, it was tough seeing the number on the scales go up, but l'm so much happier with my shape and strength today. I would 100% recommend the gymnasium to anyone.
The team are amazing, they are so encouraging and supportive and l've made so many friends there who are just as supportive. Love my gym family."
